Dear Community Supporter,
I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this important letter from our organization, family first & community love is our way and principle. Since our founding in 1988, these Principles have directed our participation in family community fun in entertainment. We are steadfast in creating family fun and diversity to our communities. As Group1Alliance in Sugarland Texas, we are willingly obligated to be a service to humanity while focusing a considerable amount of our attention and resources on providing educational opportunities and scholarships for underrepresented and low-income communities.
The specific focus of this letter is to ask for your assistance in supporting our “Annual Family Reunion Gospel Explosion festival” [Spiritual / Gospel WOODSTOCK] scheduled for Friday, August 2, 2013 in Sugarland Tx Skeeters constellation field from 12-10:30 pm. This event will be our signature program to kick off our family events series and will be held annually @ Constellation filed in Sugarland TX, we have met with community members who remembered the wonderful opportunities to fellowship with other Texans and families who came from surrounding communities and even states have been encouraging us to show that Texas family love and give that wonderful Texas experience.

This is our first annual Skeeters community event. This event will be exceptional. However, we know we can offer more for the attendees with your help.
We are always aided by both monetary and in-kind donations. The monetary donations are easy. All you have to do is write a check to: Group1Alliance. Some companies and organizations have also chosen to help by: 1) donating food and condiments that we will cook and provide to the community for free; 2) sponsoring sporting or other family/community contest/games at the event; 3) providing healthcare-related booths/tables under our sponsors tents; 4) sharing education, scholarship, or student-affairs information from community and four-year colleges under our sponsors tent; 5) donating back-to-school supplies; 6) donating money to our college scholarship program; or 7) telling us what way they can best be of service for us.
No matter how you help, as long as you do, you are being a service to this community event. We would love for you to join us in starting this wonderful tradition while helping us to make Sugar Land Skeeters Constellation field a safe family fun place.
